Ghost calls on voip landline

Hi, experiencing this issue with voip landline receiving calls at 19 and 49 past the hour every hour with no sound when ringing and showing as no number. Is there a way to fix this? Have only had full fibre installed this week so assumed it may be tests being ran on the line but just concerned if it‘s something that may last longer.

It's a known issue, @JuneRoger1. Easy to resolve when staff reach your thread tomorrow.

Apologies for this. I've applied the fix that will resolve this issue.

I will check in again with you next week to make sure that these calls have stopped.
