topic Full fibre in Full Fibre

I want full fibre with landline calls but talktalk say I can't have it. I checked with the Outreach engineer when he was working at the box on the corner. There is a chamber in the verge outside my house and he showed me the fibre connection box in the chamber. The wire connection to my home is in a duct from that chamber to the point of entry to my house. He said there is no problem pulling a replacement fibre optic cable from the chamber to my house. BT would do it. Why won't talktalk do it. I'm tired of the signal dropping out midst transaction so that I don't know if payment has been taken and with constant buffering during streaming even with a full wifi signal. I want max speed broadband and it appears that I'm going to have to change to BT to get it

Hi

Full fibre may not always be available immediately to a supplier when the infrastructure is installed and there may be some time before we have access to supply this to you. You can keep checking our website for when this becomes available or check for other suppliers.

Thanks

Karl.
