I had a FF500 installed this morning. The engineer installed the fibre and stated the rest is for Talk Talk to deal. Although I have WiFi other devices do not work as the engineer stated I should have been provided with SPLITTER. My cameras don't work as there is nowhere to plug on the new eero router. The old router is still plugged in. Do I take that off? Digital Voice Adapter provided but engineer stated it is nothing to do with him. Should I just leave this in the packet. I was promised at the time of ordering that the Engineer will fix everything for me.

Can't get through on the phone. Spent two long calls waiting.

Anyone face similar problems and any advice?

OK, I was more thinking of the router before the upgrade? And your copper phoneline is still working at the moment? Do you not have the eero Pro 6 as part of the FF500 package? Sorry for all the questions, just want to be clear!

@ferguson

I really don't know what you're going on about. The original poster said that apart from the Eero, TalkTalk sent him a Digital Voice Adapter. Therefore the new service he has, FF500, includes VOIP. The original poster also said, that needs additional Ethernet ports for his cameras. So @Anonymous suggested a switch. The old service will therefore be discontinued. What is the problem?

Bill
