topic Past Go Live Date - What To Do? in Full Fibre

Hi,

The go-live date for my connection upgrade from Fibre 65 to Fibre 150 Data Only has now passed, but my connection is still Fibre 65.

Under the "Your Package" section of My Account, it says Fibre 65 (with matching speed test results).

Does anybody know if the connection speed ever increases without Your Package changing first? E.g. having 150mbs actual speed but the package hasn't updated yet (so that I know not to bother running a speed check if it's futile).

I've received and setup my Eero hub. It's only 1 day past the go live date and I totally understand things often don't go as stated, but it just feels odd that nothing in My Account alludes to a pending upgrade of any kind.

Thanks for any help anybody can provide!

It often takes some time to sort out the package details in My Account, @jochu.

As you have an Eero now, you need to test speeds through it's app. See this article:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Slow-speeds-on-your-eero-network/ta-p/2786912

Staff will reply soon!

Hi jochu

The order to upgrade is still showing as pending, give it to the end of the week, if its hasnt completed by then, you will need to call and speak to the full fibre team.

Regards
