&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you use phone or Chat, all that changes is the price to cover the&amp;nbsp; broadband contract plus you confirm any chargeable boosts / TV etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The free extras usually just carry on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be different if you clicked on a choice in Offers &amp;amp; Upgrades in My Account, or from a renewal email. I never normally do that as it would usually add TV by default etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't get things to work to select the option in My Account,&amp;nbsp; staff should be able to add it for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, take a look at this information page:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Check whether the box has been ticked. If it's ticked and you can't get Caller ID, it may have developed a fault which staff can look into for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings...&lt;STRONG&gt;complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
