    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this too. Sometimes it works if I click back then try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not I leave it as it will update overnight.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The router is not faulty, just a communication issue between the app and the router when it doesn't pick up the command.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to install an update on my Eero router, but every time I click on install now I get the circle of doom where it is stuck on restarting network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done all the usual stuff unplugged it etc and when I go back into the app is says update available, and I click on install now and get stuck at the same point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can try or is my router faulty?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks Dave.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
