Hi, I'm trying to set up external access to my Synology DS715, however when I use QuickConnect on the DSM the Sagemcom isn't listed so won't let me proceed, if I try to port forward from the router, this fails too, could someone help please?

Hi @chorpal

I have tested 5000-5001 & 5353 as TCP & UDP they work fine.

I can't actually test UDP 1900 or 5353 as they are bound to something else on my PC.

Do you have a firewall at all on this Synology box & if so, have you allowed them through in an inbound direction?

Are you trying to test from another device connected to your WiFi, if so, these will fail due to NAT Loopback. You will need to test them from a smartphone, disconnected from your WiFi & using mobile data.
