ITV programmes not listed on guide

My ITV channels have disappeared from the guide. The guide runs from 1,2,9,23,201 to 204 and 231,231 and then 590 etc. ITVhd shows on 804. my 4k black box is N7950-T26-8-AB2.

I have switched everything off and on again. I have rescanned the programmes numerous times. I have pressed the button on the side of the 4k box with no success. Help please.

If you connect your aerial direct to the TV and re scan the channels, do those missing channels show on your TV, and is there any picture breakup to indicate a poor signal.

I have plugged aerial into TV and rescanned channels. No change Im afraid. Also no problem with picture at all
