    <description>&lt;P&gt;Really slow response from TT after raising an official complaint. TT promised I would get a call within 3 days of my complaint being registered. Dream on. I opted for VOIP transfer two weeks ago to avoid "left behind copper" charge of £12. Frustratingly I have heard nothing since raising an official complaint&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Frustratingly I have heard nothing since raising an official complaint"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The staff here will not be able to help as once you open an official complaint i believe they cannot get involved probably best to carry on using your previous means of contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll really need to speak to customer services, they can pass you to the team that deal with this, they can tell you where you order is up to&lt;/P&gt;
