    <description>&lt;P&gt;I really don't know I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp; I've just been told not to post personal email addresses on an open forum but I didn't even know this was an open forum.&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why they can't communicate with me privately by email.&amp;nbsp; It's all terribly complicated for someone of my age and limited technical knowledge.&amp;nbsp; All I'm trying to do is get the £100 voucher I was promised 6 months ago for joining TalkTalk.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They have my account number and my email address and I've been paying for the broadband service for 6 months so I'm at a loss to understand what the problem is. It's an absolute nightmare!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, this is SO frustrating - I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing here.&amp;nbsp; You asked me to register my account so I followed your link below to register but I get a message saying "&lt;SPAN&gt;This account is already registered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;Visit login page."&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used that link to visit the login page and I've logged into my account using the access code the system sent to my mobile phone.&amp;nbsp; There isn't an email address listed on my account but when I use the option to update the email address I get a message which says...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"Unable to save changes&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We’re currently experiencing a technical error.
