Trying to set up new eero 6 router. No port for landline connection. I believe I need an adapter? It is not in box?

Thank you, I think Talk Talk should have sent it with the router. I have had enough with this company. They are useless.

When did your Full Fibre go live? Did you specifically order a VoIP service? Has your existing landline already been disconnected?

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

Full Fibre went live 14th Feb. Landline is plugged in to old router fibre 65. Yes I did order 150 VoIP. Talk Talk have sent me the eero 6 but with no Digital Voice Adapter.

A digital voice adapter was dispatched yesterday, it should be with you in the next day or two

That YouTube video linked to by @Anonymous , also refers to a mobile phone app that allows the TalkTalk customer to use the TalkTalk network on the go, via the landline/VOIP system. But TalkTalk has withdrawn that app.
