I have a number of different returns labels - they all have a 9 digit unique referenc number.

- I have an extra Eero6 that I did not ask for, I want to return it, I do not want to be charged.

- I have a replacement Eero6 that I need to return

- I have my old g.fast talktalk modem and old talktalk router (because I upgraded to FTTP)

How do I know which returns label to use for which equipment? Does it matter?

Does the extra eero6 need to be logged as a formal return before I return it? It may be FOC to me - but I really have no use for it.

The bottom line is - I do not want to be charged wrongly for not returning equipment. Hence I do not wish to use a reference number that does not match what TalkTalk is expecting from me.

If it is of any relevance - I also have an open complaint with TalkTalk, so, I would need any answers here to be really clear, rather than speculation.
