    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to be one thing after another with TalkTalk, decent Internet couldn't be run if their lives depended on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is not working again, and it is another issues that's been plaguing the Internet at my house ever since I made the poor decision to renew with TalkTalk, it's one of those decisions you end up regretting in the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router hasn't been working for the past 4 days, tried resetting it, unplugging it, but still the same. The orange light on the front flashes and there's nothing I can do about it. I would appreciate if someone from TalkTalk could contact me about the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Help me to either set up my router so I can get Internet again, either by troubleshooting it your end or replacing the current router with another one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Provide me with your complaints procedure because this isn't the first time I've had issues with any service from TalkTalk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Inform me of what the costs/fees would be to end my contract early with you because enough is enough now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone come back to me urgent regarding the above and provide answers to all three?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stan Ellis&lt;/P&gt;</description>
