      <title>Router broken or not connecting to the internet -  you can still get connected in an emergency.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen this mentioned in other threads but not discussed in detail so thought it best to start my own.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I correct in thinking&amp;nbsp; that if your Full Fibre&amp;nbsp; router breaks or will not connect to the internet&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;but the ONT is working and&amp;nbsp; the ONT lights&amp;nbsp; are showing green&amp;nbsp; you can connect your device directly to the ethernet port on ONT giving you internet access through the Ethernet cable while you wait for a test router to be sent, could someone confirm that is the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Edit to add -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#3366FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I tested this myself and in post #10&amp;nbsp; i explain how.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note this&amp;nbsp; guide is only&amp;nbsp; meant for the rare occasions customers are having trouble with their routers if any of the lights that are normally green on your&amp;nbsp; ONT have gone out its unlikely to be the router that's at fault you will need to contact support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
