&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you will need a new order and make it clear at the time whether or not you want VOIP.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sometimes they deal with City Fibre, sometimes Openreach or others, so you need to check which firm installed the original Full Fibre, to avoid duplication of that work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I phoned Talktalk to discuss VOIP and for some reason they switched my FTTP off (installed 3 years ago) and now wont reenable it.&amp;nbsp; I said I no longer want VoIP as they sent me a new router with no phone socket!!&amp;nbsp; Can anyone at TT re enable my FF broadband?&amp;nbsp; I am using an old bband connection via copper landline at the moment but its slow...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
