    <description>&lt;P&gt;That form its only for landlords if they to want install a full fibre but there its another form called&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;apartment wayleave form for tenant/ leaseholders witch require SM or SP reference number to submit as mandatory.       <description>&lt;P&gt;So did you get a letter from Openreach saying it was available? It seems to be referring to that in your form [linked in the link I sent you but accessed further down that page]:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I did not receive any&amp;nbsp; letters from openreach, that the problem. As they&amp;nbsp; working on behalf of TalkTak. Openrech says contact yours internet provider. Internet provider TalkTak says contact openrech as they doing the work and I going nowhere. Thank you. Good night&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to call and ask to speak to the full fibre team, They should be able to get the reference you need.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for very late replay I was at work. I am calling them from about 6 weeks every week and they say you need contact openreach for that permit for work, but the only and I repeat only way to contact openrech is by my Internet provider TalkTalk and I coming back to the beginning. Nobody willing to actually help with that problem they keep saying contact openreach&amp;nbsp; but I cant they don't have customer service line. I need that SM /SP number so I can fill up form online or confirmation from openreach. Maybe they all ready have that wayleve permit for that building if somebody all ready requested you don't need another one . One email and problem solved that not a lot to ask. Thank you for your replay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
