Connect fibre tell me that I can now have full fibre connection to my home but talktalk website does not offer it.

Not all ISPs get access to fibre at the same time.

TalkTalk partner with different companies such as OpenReach and City Fibre in different areas.

Also some companies may have contributed towards the upgrade costs and therefore have an exclusive period on offering fibre in certain areas.

TalkTalk will probably be able to offer in the future, so keep checking.

I just wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, we don't have our Full Fibre technology/plans available in your area right now. However, we're excited to be expanding our offerings across the UK, so keep an eye out for updates – it could be coming your way soon!
