    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that is what you need.&amp;nbsp;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and supply you with one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We had an Eero router delivered (upgrade to broadband with VoIP) which we have connected up to our recently installed fibre connection but there is no socket to transfer our existing landline. I believe we need a Grandstream adaptor but should this have been provided by Talk Talk with the router? If not, how do we proceed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
