topic Digital Voice (VoIP) landline fault in Full Fibre

I'm currently experiencing problems with my landline.

Started with my router intermediately light flashing to orange and back to white again, just for a couple of seconds here and there. So I checked my user interface on my account, and under the My Phone section it says Voice is not registered, so I tried to make a out going call and calling my self from my mobile, and neither worked, just a continuous tone on the line and that's it. Tried restarting modem and router and still the same.

Hopefully it will soon put it self right, I think its only in the last few hours this has started to happen, probably when the blinky lights on the modem started, which was then.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Spence77.

@Spence77, don't change any of your settings. There's been a widespread issue with VOIP all day.
