Light Flashing Orange & No Digital Voice

Hi,

I noticed a few days ago that the light on my router keeps flashing orange. Then goes back to white again. The broadband seems fine. But my son has moved out now. So it's not like the broadband is getting the heavy usage it used to get. Just checked our phones. Digital Voice Not Working! Our home phone is very important to us. We really need it working ASAP.

I have already tried turning the router off for over half an hour.
