I understand that you're experiencing issues with HomeSafe blocking links to attachments hosted on cdn.filestackcontent. This can be quite frustrating, especially if you need access to important files.

HomeSafe is designed to protect users by blocking potentially harmful content, but it can sometimes be overly restrictive. Here are a few suggestions that may help you work around this issue:

- If you have control over the HomeSafe settings, you might be able to add the cdn.filestackcontent domain to a whitelist. This would allow links from that domain to bypass the blocking.

- If possible, try accessing the links from a different network that does not have HomeSafe enabled. This could be a mobile data connection or a different Wi-Fi network.

- If you have the option, try to obtain the files through a different method, such as asking the sender to share them via email or another file-sharing service.

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist you further. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope we can find a solution for you soon.

-Fez

Hi Fez

My system doesn't allow me to unblock any sites in Homesafe, so that doesn't work. Yes, I can take my laptop to somewhere which uses another router, but that is not always convenient. And since the sender is using a platform for sending things to a large circulation list, it is unreasonable to ask for special treatment for Talktalk users.

As you say, the problem is a overly restrictive Homesafe system. Is there any way in which it could give me the option to unblock specific sites (as Kidsafe seems to do)?

Sometime in the last 8 months, I guess, though the issue has been getting more critical for me & others due to more mail being sent this way. Anything with links I received earlier is also blocked so their attachments are also unobtainable
