      <description>&lt;P&gt;Urgent please. Lost connection@ 2358. All lights on on incoming box. Router red light. Tried the eeros and same. No connection when computer plugged straight into incoming box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I internet fault. Lost phones obviously and I am carer for my 93 year old mum who is at risk/vulnerable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not my equipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After multiple changes of routers, cables etc, it finally came back to life&amp;nbsp;@0125.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So all is well again now. Maybe a software update or something was happening at the exchange? No matter, all working well again now after that 'episode'&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
