Landline not working. Chat recommend upgrading existing Fibre 65 to voice. Needs new contract (they say) which seems to involve Openreach drilling fo a new Fibre connection.

Does this mean I can switch over voice to existing Fibre65 without a new contract

It will be a new contract since you will be upgrading 🙂
