      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Alarm LED is red, Status LED flashes green occasionally, GE1 LED is green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It did breifly go down earlier, then came back for about 5 mins, then has since been down for about 30 mins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not that I can see from the service status dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning off the ONT box for 30 minutes to start a new session and a pinhole reset of the router? The latter eill set your personal settings back to their original values so if yiu have changed your internet password, this will need to be changed back.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did finally get through, but the agent could not put me in touch with Freedom Fibre. They said they only deal with City Fibre and Openreach. They could not help me at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
