I have spent an hour looking for chat in my account. Can someone please tell me where it is. Its certainly not "at the top of this page".

Hi @JJR99 on your dashboard there is an option 'help and support' option if you click on it and the option 'something else' you will see an option to chat now.

Another option is to use the below link to chat to our live chat advisors who are always ready to assist with your issue.

Thanks for the reply however something else actually leads to nothing. Any ideas? See the attached. And The easiest way to start a live chat is to select the Live Chat button near the top of this page. Alternatively, you can also start a live chat in My Account if you're logged in already. No its not!

If you wish to chat online, there is a link on this page together with details of opening hours.

It only shows if there are staff available so refresh the screen until it shows, then start the chat.

Cache cleared and still no chat support. Apparently the button only shows if chat is available. Despite the fact it has opening hours the chat is not available. Maybe they are helping "other customers" I believe is the expression 😉

It's there for me on the link I provided.

If you are using a pip up or as blocker try disabling them.
