&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Staff here do not have access to full fibre systems and usually suggest you contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on: 0345 172 0074 for a resolution. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Closed Sundays though.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can appreciate your frustration, but phoning is your best bet for a resolution, or if you wish pursue an official complaint, the complaints procedure can be found in a link at the bottom of each web page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry but as mentioned, staff here don't have access to Full Fibre at the moment, so are unable to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
