    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply but I've done that 4 times (and 4 install dates) with a web chat (I have the transcripts) it was on the last one 21st July that I got the order number and the latest date. Which was for today!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm now on my forth date for my Full Fibre install (started back on 23th May 25) on the last Web Chat I was given a Order Tracking Reference number, but I can't find any page to enter it. Even checked on the Open Reach website but that just points be back to TalkTalk.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas where to find it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Siphosethu, just to keep you in the loop, Just had another web chat this time with Aanchal no farther forward really other than my 6th "will all be completed by" date of the 7th Aug. I await with bated breath to see what happens, one thing I hate is incompetence from people who should know what they are doing, the saying "Can't organise a drink in a brewery" springs to mind!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any influence over senior management can I ask you to push this completion date along, please. I've told them that if it is not all done by the 23rd Aug (3 months) I will start proceedings with the Communications Ombudsman.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
