      <title>Cancel upgrade and engineer visit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently put through a upgrade for our home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've decided that I don't want the upgrade to the full fibre 500 I want to stick to fibre 65 as all these steps for the upgrade will interfere with the flat itself and I don't want that and therefore I need to cancel the upgrade and the engineer visit as I don't want anyone messing with the walls and stuff and I don't have the permission which I didn't think would be a problem but it is required apparently and I can't get it so there is another reason why I need this to go away and to stay on our current broadband package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;But for anything to do with cancelling an order you definitely need to contact Talktalk directly yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
