Will the engineer fit the white/black fibre connection box in my kitchen at my designated point? The ca incoming cable to the box(to be fitted in kitchen)is coming into kitchen directly through outside wall?It would be about a 3m.run of cable coming in?

They should fit the box (ONT) where you want it. However, if the router is to be sited in the kitchen as well, that is the absolute worst room to have it in with regard to Wi-Fi reception over the rest of your property. This is due to the metal surfaces of the kitchen appliances. The router does not need to be in the same room as the ONT; just buy a suitably long length of Cat 6 Ethernet cable to go between the red WAN port of the router back to the ONT.
