&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting the router?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there lights on on your ONT box? Have you tried rebooting this too?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you switch both off for 30 minutes? If not try that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately staff here do not have access to the Full Fibre systems, so if the above does not work, you will need to phone for support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
