    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had no connection, and the black box has had the broadband and service lights off since 7pm last night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I chatted with the virtual assistant who was no help and couldn't connect me to a real person, and I'm struggling to find any other way to contact customer services of any kind.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated as I have to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Staff will respond during the day after the weekend, but are likely to point you in the direction of phoning 03451 720074 for Full Fibre support&amp;nbsp; - and that doesn't open up before Monday 9am, I am sorry to say.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the live chat and it told me it was connecting me to an engineer and then immediately told me no engineers were available, then closed the chat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
