      <title>How long for Digital Voice to activate?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just had city Fibre upgrade our Internet today 11/11/2025&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(From Fibre 65 to Full Fibre 150)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received a new hub from TT (Hub 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the emails went got from TT said digital voice was included and we also received a email from TT saying installation was complete and "Don't forget to plug phone into green socket)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet is working fine. Speeds are good but phone is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone is plugged into green socket on Hub 2 and ethernet cable plugged from router into ONT box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No dial tone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've restarted the router &amp;amp; Phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we have to wait for it to activate or do we have to so something ourselves?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When is the go-live date? I know that the fibre has increased in speed, but if the go-live date is later than the installation date, not everything may work as yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can easily check in the Hub 2 by logging in to it. Then go to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced menu&lt;/STRONG&gt; and look at the &lt;STRONG&gt;Voice Ports &lt;/STRONG&gt;section. Does it show your line as &lt;STRONG&gt;registered&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;amp; have your line number in the international format (+44 with leading 0 missing):-&lt;/P&gt;
