      <description>&lt;P&gt;My eero router showed a red light and all my devices lost internet connection. Directly connecting the LAN cable to my modem gives no connection but the PON light is solid green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;assume this will be an engineer visit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/519078"&gt;@DHA_UK&lt;/a&gt;, the automated response on the phone gives you the option to receive a text, which then opens in Chat when you click on it (as in my previous post), or just use the link you were given by staff which should show a Chat Now button.&lt;/P&gt;
