    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Gliwmaeden2 until i worked out what was wrong because it appeared it was only my echo dot which is downstairs it did not register until i checked my tablet, which is upstairs by then it was about 30 mins but it would not come back on until i turned it off waited 30 secs turned back on and it worked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;chiller1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, my router has dropped the wi-fi twice in the last month causing problems with my tablet &amp;amp; my wi-fi &amp;amp; poe security cams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you please send me a new router, (I DO NOT WANT THE EERO) as i need ethernet inputs for my pc &amp;amp; my cams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my existing router is FAST 5364 with 4 ethernet ports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers Alan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not that unusual to get occasional wifi drops in the course of a month, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22668"&gt;@chiller1&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How long were they for each time?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff will run tests during the day&amp;nbsp; - router replacements are not sent out (without charge) unless testing finds a fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll need to be at home to pick up on messages posted back here during the testing process as they'll want you to monitor lights on the router etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff reply during the day, 7am till c 5pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays etc).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You won't be sent an eero! But the support team will likely need to do a few diagnostics. Is it just wireless devices that are dropping out, or are you losing connection to the internet generally?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
