      <title>Switch to Full Fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since switch from copper to fibre I have been unable to access some sites.&amp;nbsp; Google says could be a homesafe issue but I can't get to homesafe from my account as it's "unavailable".&amp;nbsp; Some websites don't recognise I'm in UK so won;t let me in.&amp;nbsp; Has anybody had this problem and solved it, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's registering&amp;nbsp; you as outside the UK do you use a VPN? If so disable it for those sites.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then try turning both your router and box off for 30 minutes and then on again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes but as staff here don't have access to the full fibre systems you may have to phone them tomorrow when they reopen.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was tearing my hair out with customer "support"&amp;nbsp; but the help on the end of that phone line sorted problem straight away.&amp;nbsp; I didn't know it was sorted though as I had gone away for three weeks so couldn't check it.&amp;nbsp; Anyway the guy I spoke to switched off scam protection and virus alerts ( which is why I was trying to get into HomeSafe) and all is well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again, both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
