Thank you. It works now. I noticed when I looked at the advanced router settings again my camera is in the 2.4ghz column, but also one of our mobile phones. Does that mean the speed on that phone will not be as good?

My security camera does not work with my new router. It needs to be 2.4ghz not 5ghz.

Your router supports both 2.4 and 5ghz channels so your camera should work.

See if you can disable the 5ghz channel temporarily in your router dashboard or of an Eero you van troubleshoot the issue which will lead you through the process.

Once connected restore the 5ghz channel for other devices to connect.

Hi @Daisyroo77 the 2.4 ghz connection is more robust in terms of range, the 5 ghz in terms of interference. I've never noticed a significant difference between the two.
