I was charged for the phone call I have not made ( I can’t make any calls from my landline, but can received them) under the name service G21 rate.

There are a few calls being made from your landline , 2 to your mobile, and voicemail services the other calls appear to be to businesses

Someone is using your landline.

None of the call from my line phone to my own mobile is just to make a call to find my handset inside my house.

I hardly use my linephone for outside call. I now plugg off my line phone
