&lt;P&gt;What version of Outlook are you using? Only Outlook 2016 and later are recommended and some earlier versions do not support secure mail so if any of those are in use it'll have triggered webmail only as a last resort action. What model iPhone? And are you using any other devices or mail collection services to connect to the mailbox?&lt;/P&gt;
