TalkTalk will need to restore IMAP access.

What's the MacOS (Operating system version)? Asking because only MacOS 10.12 Sierra or newer will support secure mail and use of any older MacMail email software will cause the TalkTalk mailbox to be limited to webmail only because of continued use of insecure settings.

Hi

I am having the exact same one now. My Mac book and phone continue to say I need to enter my password however I have multiple times. I am certain my password is correct as I can login on webmail. Can you be of any help?

Thanks

Hi ClaireWhiteside, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to full function.
