      <description>&lt;P&gt;I stopped receiving my virgin.net emails via TalkTalk last Monday. Each time I log into my virgin.net email account, I receive the same message in the Outlook Send/Receive Progess box:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Receiving reported error (0x800CCC92): Your email server rejected your log in. Verify your username and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: - ERR (AUTH) Authentication failed."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My virgin.net email address and password log-in is being rejected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I gain access to my virgin.net emails?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can we assume you left Virgin Broadband to become a TalkTalk broadband customer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then my understanding is the issue is one to contact Virgin over not Talk as doi&lt;SPAN&gt;ng a google search&amp;nbsp; it appears that 90 days after leaving Virgin, they delete your Virgin email account. One such source for this &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A style="font-family: inherit; background-color: #ffffff;" href="https://www.cable.co.uk/broadband/guides/email-address-switch-provider/" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, but there are others.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is not the case and you feel it is a TalkTalk issue rather than Virgin, please post back with your thoughts.&lt;/P&gt;
