&lt;P&gt;What version of Outlook were you using? Asking because some older versions do not support the required security. Only Outlook 2016 or newer are recommended for current and future use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed my email settings, as per the request from talktalk but, since 27/1/2023 I am unable to receive emails in outlook. I can send them though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the basis that you are now using the secure settings for all devices connecting to the mailbox I'll request access is restored.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What version of Outlook are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should have webmail access in the meantime.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am accessing email through webmail, I just can't access it through Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other posts indicate that Talk Talk will be restoring access to users next week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure about that though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
