Email Folders

My Email folders have gone. Where are they and how do I get them back? I need the emails.

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

You should see your folders on the left. This is a desktop browser view. If you don't see the folders then bottom left there's a double inward facing arrowhead. Select to open up the folder view. Or select the Option, Folder view from the View menu. If you see a single filled in inward facing arrowhead that denotes there are sub-folders. Select the arrowhead to expand to show the sub-folder(s).

Mobile browser you'll see a Back link top left under the blue header when you're looking at an email or you'll see a Folders link when you're looking at the list of emails.
