Accessing my old email address from my new talktalk account

When I try to enter the settings for my old email address into Microsoft Outlook I get a message saying that my address does not exist. It worked at my new address for over a year with no problem then just last friday it stopped working on both my PC and my iphone

Does your old address work in TalkTalk Mail webmail using an Internet browser?

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

Do you see any notifications from TalkTalk?
