Email account will not verify in Apple Mail app

I have two email accounts in Apple Mail, one is working and the other was cut off on Feb 17 by TalkTalk. I have reset the settings as instructed on all my devices (iPhone, iPad and Mac), but I get an error message "Unable to verify Account or Password".

Hi JonDavid, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.
