      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have up dated the talktalk.net settings on all devices but am unable to do the same for my tiscali.co.uk&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/myemail#" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; @tiscali.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;mail box.&amp;nbsp; I followed the same procedure but it keeps coming up with an error message.&amp;nbsp; I would like my tiscali back please as it is my main email address&amp;nbsp; used for my personal stuff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've updated the settings as per the TalkTalk notification that's good. The individual email accounts will not have their password authenticated until TalkTalk Support restore access for you and so that's been requested.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Scroll down to Private notes to add the email address addresses (talktalk and tiscali) and customer account number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-check-square" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Check and Save changes&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Yorkiegirl, I've just checked the mailbox that's listed in your community profile and that address is fully functioning with no restrictions showing on it.&lt;/P&gt;
