    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my Tiscali address stopped working this morning in Outlook 2016. I tried the settings shown here on TalkTalk and it wont connect to the server. I assume it has been blocked from accessing as per everyone else on here. Please unblock my account so I can have it functioning again and be able to talk to my customers. My email is in the private section of my notes in my profile.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you use any other method to view and send mail messages? All methods must use secure settings from now on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can still communicate with your customers via TalkTalk Mail webmail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "&lt;EM&gt;Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings, because of this you will no longer be able to receive or send emails via this email app or software&lt;/EM&gt;" then the email address receiving that notification has been limited to webmail only access as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of insecure email.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Mail webmail is secure by design using an up to date Internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go via the Advanced setup settings of an email profile, as in this example for Windows 10 or 11.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the &lt;I class="fa fa-windows"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;Windows icon bottom left&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ady,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have checked the settings and Outlook still will not receive and send emails, we need to use Outlook as it is in a business setting and I am afraid that webmail is not a good solution for us to use whilst dealing with customers.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The incoming port number for POP3 secure is 995.&amp;nbsp; If you make that one change then mail will flow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If asked to accept a certificate / keep using the server then accept / click Yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
