      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to receive or send e mails from my account using ticali.co.uk since 24/2/22.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The address is xxxxxxx.ukgateway.net&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message I get is that the account needs attention and that 'We couldn't access the account :ukgateway. You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device'.&amp;nbsp; I've tried reentering the password and readding the account.&amp;nbsp; I'm using Windows 10 mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please any help - I'm frazzled&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the message.&amp;nbsp; I was confused by the message from Talk talk - I thought it applied only to my talk talk mail account.&amp;nbsp; I did not realise Tiscali was talk talk as well.&amp;nbsp; I have changed the settings for my inbound and outbound mail settings for the ukgateway.net via Tiscali mail as per your e mail for Windows 10 mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I just relax and wait now?&amp;nbsp; Will I have lost incoming mail since my lock out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/64232i3F75A413D43723A6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" border="0" alt="Mail settings.PNG" title="Mail settings.PNG" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No mail will have been lost during the 'switch off' of device access. In fact you have had access via webmail throughout.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Windows Mail secure mail settings are good so I've requested that full access is restored for the email address mailbox in your Community profile Private notes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TalkTalk Support will respond here and access returned within a couple of days after that. Until then use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry I must be the dumbest user on the planet - how do I access webmail to see my ukgateway.net tiscali account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried adding the account to my talktalk mail account but it wont do it automatically - and I am lost with trying to do it manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been in 'my account' and the ukgateway.net account is listed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm definitely missing something - perhaps a brain&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
