      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you confident that you need no help with checking the services / devices / email software for compatibility with secure mail and the incoming and outgoing server settings you're using? Did you identify the insecure settings, for example? The culprit device or software that got your mailbox access switched off?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The email stopped working and the password would not get authenticated because access to the mailbox was switched off by TalkTalk to stop the use of insecure settings for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Insecure means no SSL/TLS encryption, use of ports 110 or 143 for incoming mail or port 25 for outgoing mail. Have you identified all services / devices set up in that way? And are you sure the email software does support secure mail to the required TLS 1.2 connection security standard?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just asking and offering help if you need it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
