All my TalkTalk Email Accounts on Windows Live Mail are not able to send Emails they just get stuck in the Outbox.

And that's where they will stay.

Windows Live Mail is an outdated product and a security risk. Please cease using and do not take it online ever again. TalkTalk Mail do not support WLM and Microsoft ceased providing support 7 years ago.

The upgrade path is Windows Mail on Windows 10 or 11. A paid upgrade, if your computer operating system is up to date, to Outlook 2016 - Outlook 365 or a free email client like Thunderbird or BlueMail desktop email app.

The Windows Mail device setup guide is below:

Tip: The Username is always the full email account email address and that must be the same for receiving and sending mail by the incoming and outgoing mail servers. i.e. the second of the four tick boxes.

I've obscured the image for your security.

The Can't get mail error is sometimes seen when creating a new mail account. Try powering off the desktop and powering back on and if necessary going to Windows Settings > Privacy & Security > scroll down to Email and then switch Email access ON and Let apps access your email ON.
