From an earlier test the system still thinks I have the tiscali email which I removed and replaced with the&amp;nbsp; new TalkTalk one. How it has done that after&amp;nbsp; a complete deletion is a puzzle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "&lt;EM&gt;Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings...&lt;/EM&gt;" then the email address receiving that notification has now been limited to webmail only access OR has a stop on sending mail as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of email connections not secured by TLS 1.2 encryption.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Mail webmail is secure by design when using an up to date Internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;

Did you identify the insecure settings, for example? The culprit device or software that got your mailbox access switched off?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see you've marked the topic as solved. I couldn't work out if the topic title meant it was a SENDING MAIL only issue because the post was labelled RECEIVING MAIL. But I assume you've now got secure access by updating the server settings for both incoming and outgoing mail and the sending of mail has come good using secure mail authentication and not using port 25? Good to know if that's the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The error message 'No domain' means the email address does not have a mailbox on the TalkTalk Mail platform. i.e. the address entered does not exist.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you send the address a message from your first email account do you get an immediate Send error?&lt;/P&gt;

The reason for asking is that talktalk.net email addresses created between mid August and mid December 2022 may not have been created as mailboxes on the TalkTalk Mail platform even though the email address was added to the customer MyAccount. Maybe this fault has returned?&lt;/P&gt;

It looks as though my added email is not recognised. Is their anyway&amp;nbsp; it can be cleared/unblocked. You are the only person I can communicate with&amp;nbsp; as the rest are robots, who do not like anything to do with emails. This includes phone and chats.&amp;nbsp; Again thanks again for yesterdays help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Enter the email address, complete the reCAPTCHA and select the Validate button. Does the top line response say 'Deliverable' or something else?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So, test in TalkTalk Mail webmail. First sign out of any webmail account you're currently signed in to.&lt;/P&gt;
